The Client warrants in uploading any material to theprintgeeks.ie and submitting an order, that any and all such material:
is accurate (where it states facts)
is genuinely held (where it states opinions)
complies with applicable law in Ireland and any country from which it is submitted
does not contain any material which is defamatory of any person
does not contain any material which is obscene, hateful or inflammatory
does not promote sexually explicit material or violence
does not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any other person
and the client will indemnify (and keep indemnified) us for any breach by you of such above warranties.
Delivery of the Goods and shall take place when:
the Client takes possession of the Goods at the Print Geeks’ address, or
the Client takes possession of the Goods at the Client’s address (in the event that the Goods are delivered by the Print Geeks or the Print Geeks’ nominated carrier)
the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods in which event the carrier shall be deemed to be the Client’s agent.
At the Print Geeks’ sole discretion the costs of delivery are in addition to the Price.
The Client shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. In the event that the Client is unable to take delivery of the Goods as arranged then the Printer shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.
The failure of the Print Geeks to deliver shall not entitle either party to treat this contract as repudiated.
The Print Geeks shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Printer to deliver the Goods and/or Services (or any of them) promptly or at all.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to the Client on delivery at the agreed address.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, property in the Goods will not pass from the Print Geeks until the Print Geeks have received full payment of the Price and all other sums which are due, owing or payable by the Client to the Print Geeks.
Refunds & Returns
Notice of the wish to cancel and order must be made by email to: and must include the Order number and reason for the cancellation.
Refund are at the discretion of the Print Geeks. In the case of design, no refunds are permitted once a design has been submitted to the Client.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods the Client should inform the Print Geeks at the earliest opportunity after the Client has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the Client shall be deemed to have inspected the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 3 days after receipt).
